1. Scope
This policy applies to the marketing website at kelaria.com. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). A separate privacy policy applies to the Kelaria product (the application).
2. Hosting and server log data
The website is operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in data centers within the European Union; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. When the site is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed:
- IP address (truncated/anonymized)
- Date and time of access, file requested
- Browser type and version, operating system, referrer
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short period.
3. Fonts
All fonts are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). When the page loads, there is no connection to third parties (such as Google Fonts); no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
4. External services (contact & appointment booking)
To provide the “AI-Case-Canvas” and for scheduling appointments, we use services of HubSpot, Inc. (EU data hosting). These are only invoked once you actively click a corresponding link; HubSpot's processing and privacy notices then apply. If you enter data there (e.g. name, email, company), we process it to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
5. Cookies
The website itself sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies are used only where required; cookies requiring consent only after your explicit consent.
6. Your rights
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent given (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
7. Data security
Transmission is encrypted (TLS/SSL). We employ technical and organizational measures in line with the state of the art.
